Thank you for shopping with Ocri Works. Each product is made to order, and we take pride in ensuring your items are produced and delivered with care. Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue (see Contact Information below).

Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll issue a replacement or refund for the affected item.
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the item or dispose of it responsibly.
  • Return shipping costs are only covered for defective or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Delayed shipments due to carrier issues
  • Sale or promotional items

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once eligibility is confirmed.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days at support@ocristudio.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • Returns must be approved before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if the return was not authorized or labeled correctly.
  • Print colors and placement may vary slightly from images shown online due to production methods and screen display differences.
