Ocri Works is not responsible for fees, overdraft charges, or currency conversion rates applied by your financial institution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 5–10 business days for U.S. orders).
  • Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Ocri Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses before completing checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@ocristudio.com with photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Please note:

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind, as each item is made to order.
  • Return shipping costs are only covered for defective or incorrect items.
