Order Processing

  • All orders are made to order and are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • European Union: 10–20 business days
  • International (other regions): 15–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, carrier delays, or customs procedures.

Shipping Notes & Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Ocri Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@ocristudio.com with photos or supporting information. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
